What engineer makes $500,000 a year?

Senior software engineers, especially those working in specialized fields like AI development, machine learning, or at large tech companies, can earn $500,000 or more annually. High compensation often includes base salary, bonuses, stock options, and other incentives, particularly for those with extensive experience and advanced skills in high-demand areas.

What is a $900000 AI job?

A $900,000 AI-related job typically refers to high-level roles such as AI researchers, machine learning engineers, or AI trainers with extensive experience and specialized skills. These positions often involve developing advanced AI models, managing large datasets, and require expertise in programming, data science, and AI frameworks, with compensation reflecting the complexity and impact of the work.

How do Part Time Software Developer AI Trainers typically balance project deadlines with flexible work hours?

Part Time Software Developer AI Trainers often work with project-based or milestone-driven schedules that allow for flexibility in managing their time. While this flexibility is a perk, it also requires strong self-management skills to ensure that deliverables such as code reviews, model training tasks, and feedback sessions are completed on time. Regular communication with project managers and other team members is essential to coordinate efforts and resolve any blockers efficiently. Many organizations provide collaborative tools and clear documentation to help remote trainers stay aligned with the team’s objectives and maintain productivity despite varied schedules.

What are Part Time Software Developer AI Trainers?

Part Time Software Developer AI Trainers are professionals who work part-time to help train artificial intelligence systems, often by evaluating, annotating, or generating data used to improve AI models. They typically use their programming knowledge to review, correct, or write code samples, and may provide feedback on AI-generated code or software solutions. This role is essential for developing smarter AI tools, especially those related to software development and coding tasks.

How much do AI trainers get paid?

AI trainers, including part-time software developers who specialize in training AI models, typically earn between $15 and $40 per hour depending on experience, location, and the complexity of tasks. Compensation can vary based on whether the role involves data labeling, model tuning, or providing feedback to improve AI systems.

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Part Time Software Developer AI Trainer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Part Time Software Developer AI Trainer, you need a solid background in software development, familiarity with AI concepts, and usually a relevant degree in computer science or a related field. Proficiency with programming languages like Python, experience with machine learning frameworks (such as TensorFlow or PyTorch), and knowledge of collaborative platforms are typically required. Forward Deployed Software Engineer Internship

Healthpeak Properties, Inc.

Irvine, CA • On-site

$25/hr

Part-time

Re-posted 6 days ago

Job description

Our mission
At Healthpeak, we give our Forward Deployed Software Engineers the autonomy of a startup with the backing, scope, and staying power of a well-established organization. We exist to transform technology into a revenue-generating arm of the real estate business, building products and platforms that directly support our tenants, partners, and the teams who serve them every day.
As an FDSE, you will be part of a small, agile pod and will directly embed with business teams. You will work side-by-side with operators, asset managers, and customer-facing colleagues to rapidly identify opportunities, design solutions, and deliver real value. This is a hands-on, high-impact role for engineers who thrive close to users, enjoy ambiguity, and want to see their work make a tangible difference.
You will relentlessly prototype, test, launch, and scale new ideas-often moving from concept to production in the matter of weeks. Our first and most important customers are our peers inside Healthpeak, and our ultimate goal is to create delightful, seamless experiences for our tenants and partners by relentlessly minimizing friction.
What we're looking for
  • Inquisitive engineers who care just as much about why we're building it as how it should be built. Those who dare to reimagine how work can be done.
  • Proven programming expertise across languages such as Python, Java, C++, and TypeScript/JavaScript, with hands-on experience developing alongside AI agents (e.g., Claude Code). Backgrounds in Computer Science, Mathematics, Software Engineering, Physics, or Data Science are especially relevant.
  • Strong technical problem-solving skills, including practical experience with data structures, storage systems, cloud infrastructure, front-end frameworks, and related technologies.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, thriving in fast-paced environments with evolving goals and iterative user feedback.
  • Self-directed and adaptable learner, capable of working independently and making sound decisions with minimal oversight.
  • Expected hours: 10-25 hrs per week
  • Pay rate: $25/hr
