  • Iterate on design work within brand standards, incorporating feedback and direction as needed

Strategy & Collaboration
  • Support the design & content strategy in collaboration with the marketing manager
  • Coordinate with team members across departments to ensure content needs are met
  • Prioritize tasks and meet deadlines within scheduled working hours
  • Adapt to shifting priorities, timelines, and project needs

Organization & Communication
  • Maintain a clean and organized file structure for all content and assets
  • Communicate design choices and decisions clearly and professionally
  • Give and receive constructive feedback in a collaborative, team-oriented manner

AI-Driven Efficiency
  • Use AI tools to support and streamline content/design-related tasks and projects
  • Develop and maintain AI-powered workflows and tools that help automate recurring design and content processes
  • Stay current on new AI tools and identify opportunities to apply them to improve design work and content creation

Job Qualifications

  • Ability to work on-site, with some weekend and holiday availability as needed
  • Ability to sit for prolonged periods; lift objects up to 25 pounds
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects at once within a part-time schedule
  • Comfortable using AI tools, with the ability to build simple AI-driven workflows or automations to support content or design tasks
