Your Role
As aNursePractitioner at PGS, you will deliver compassionatepsychiatriccare to residents in skilled nursing andlong-term caresettings. You will work autonomously whilestaying connected toa robust clinical and administrativesupport team.
KeyResponsibilities:
• Conduct on-sitepsychiatric assessments and medicationmanagement
• Coordinatecareand consult with facility teams (Administrator,Director ofNursing, Social Services)
• Adhere tostateand federal clinical guidelines and PGSprotocols
• Educate staffand support holistic, patient-centeredcare
• Maintain clear,timely documentation

Requirements
• State licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (MD,DC, VA, orPA required)
• Active DEA license
• Monday-Fridayavailability during normal business hours
• Ability to standfor 20 minutes and lift up to 15 pounds
