Speech-Language Pathologist
Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem
Ware Presbyterian Village | Oxford, PA
Benchmark Therapies is looking for Full-Time, Part-Time, and Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team at Ware Presbyterian Village in Oxford, Pennsylvania.
This could be a great fit for an SLP who enjoys working with older adults and wants to help residents stay connected, confident, and involved in the people and activities that matter most to them.
Whether you're looking for a full-time position, a consistent part-time schedule, or flexible per diem hours, you'll be part of a supportive therapy team that values thoughtful care, strong relationships, and collaboration.
What You'll Do
  • Complete speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing evaluations
  • Develop and provide individualized treatment based on each resident's needs and goals
  • Help residents maintain communication abilities, cognitive function, safe swallowing, independence, and quality of life
  • Support residents in staying connected to meaningful conversations, relationships, and activities
  • Build positive relationships with residents, families, nursing staff, and other members of the interdisciplinary team
  • Complete timely and accurate documentation using Net Health and facility systems
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive therapy environment
What We're Looking For
  • Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
  • Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist license in good standing
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred
  • A genuine interest in working with older adults
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • A flexible, dependable, and team-oriented approach
