NOW HIRING
Shuttle Driver
Delaware County, PA Hotel – Philadelphia International Airport Route
Delaware County, PA • 20–25 hrs/week • Open Availability (Nights & Weekends Required)

A Delaware County hospitality group is seeking professional, dependable, and guest-focused Shuttle Drivers to provide safe and reliable transportation between the Philadelphia International Airport and a nearby hotel. This is a guest-facing role — you are often the first and last impression of the hotel. If you take pride in your professionalism, enjoy working with people, and value doing a job right, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
  • Operate the shuttle safely and professionally on the designated Airport ↔ Hotel loop route at consistent intervals (typically every 20–30 minutes when active).
  • Greet every guest warmly upon boarding and assist with luggage loading and unloading.
  • Maintain a friendly, courteous, and professional demeanor always
  • Follow all traffic laws, airport regulations, and designated route compliance
  • Coordinate with the Shuttle Supervisor; monitor dispatch system or app for pickup requests and provide timely updates on delays, traffic, or guest concerns.
  • Perform daily pre- and post-shift vehicle inspections including fuel level, tire condition, lights, and interior cleanliness.
  • Always keep the shuttle clean and presentable inside and out.
  • Report any mechanical issues, unusual sounds, warning lights, or safety concerns immediately
  • Maintain accurate shift logs and report any incidents to the supervisor.
  • Represent the hotel with a clean, neat uniform and professional appearance always.
What We’re Looking For
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record — required.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check.
  • Open availability including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays — this is a 24/7 operation.
  • Professional appearance and exceptional customer service skills
  • Punctual, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to read and interpret route instructions, safety rules, and operating procedures.
  • Comfortable assisting guests with luggage and navigating airport pickup/drop-off areas.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Prior shuttle, passenger transport, or hospitality driving experience a plus.
Why This Role?
This is a part-time position with a consistent route and a team that values professionalism and reliability. You’ll interact with guests from all over the world, making their travel experience smoother and more welcoming. If you enjoy driving, take pride in your appearance, and thrive in a guest-service environment, this role is a great fit.
