The Role: Center Associate

As a Center Associate, you are the face of The UPS Store. You will deliver world-class customer service by acting as a consultant for our customers' shipping, printing, and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Expert Consulting: Advise customers on shipping options (UPS, USPS, etc.) and business services to provide the "best-value" solution.

  • Print & Document Services: Operate high-end digital copiers, binding equipment, and laminating machines.

  • Logistics Management: Receive, sort, and process packages for courier shipment with high accuracy.

  • Retail Operations: Utilize point-of-sale (POS) devices and specialized software to process transactions.

  • Team Collaboration: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace while assisting teammates in a fast-paced environment.
