Part-Time Center Associate
Starting Pay: $18.50 per Hour

The UPS Store is seeking a Part-Time Center Associate to join our team at our American University campus location and our nearby Tenleytown location.

This position is ideal for college students seeking flexible part-time work in a professional and customer-focused environment. No previous retail, shipping, or printing experience is required. We provide paid training and ongoing support.

As a Center Associate, you will help customers with shipping, printing, mailbox services, and other business solutions while developing valuable customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Associates typically work 20-30 hours per week. Applicants must be available to work during summer break (May-August).

Store Hours

Monday-Friday: 9:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Saturday: 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday: 11:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with shipping, printing, mailbox, and business service needs
• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone
• Recommend products and services that best meet customer needs
• Learn and maintain knowledge of store products, services, and procedures
• Operate store equipment and point-of-sale systems accurately and efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Support fellow team members and perform other duties as assigned
