Qualified Staffing is hiring Embroidery Machine Operators for a growing custom apparel and embroidery company in Midlothian, VA. This role operates multi-head embroidery equipment while ensuring exceptional quality, accuracy, and production efficiency.
What You'll Do
  • Set up, thread, and operate multi-head embroidery machines
  • Read and interpret embroidery designs, work orders, and production specifications
  • Load garments and materials while ensuring proper alignment
  • Adjust machine settings based on garment, thread, and design requirements
  • Monitor production quality and make adjustments as needed
  • Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform routine maintenance
  • Inspect finished embroidered products for quality and accuracy
  • Maintain production records and workflow documentation
  • Assist with order preparation, packaging, and production support as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production area
  • Work with teammates to meet daily production goals
