Job description


Banquet Events Server

Banquet Servers prepare banquet rooms for events, then serve food and beverages to members and guests at Banquets and Club Functions. They must be capable of and excited about delivering Southern Hills' unique standard of exceptional service and warm hospitality.

Hours are variable based on party bookings. We are interested in candidates who have availability 3+ days per week. Successful candidates can expect to work as little as one shift in a given week, or as much as 30 hours.

The physical demands of the job are constant standing or walking, frequent crouching, reaching, grasping objects and/or lifting/carrying supplies weighing up to 50 pounds.

Applicants interested in expanding their skills into bartending are encouraged to apply - we will provide training for the right candidate. Applicants with prior bartending experience are also encouraged to apply, and may have opportunities to work bar shifts based on availability and event needs.

Previous food and beverage service experience, especially in a banquet setting, is preferred but not required.

Banquet Servers are paid $18/hour.
