Reports To: Restaurant Manager / Food amp; Beverage Manager

Position Summary

The Part-Time Server is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by ensuring guests have an enjoyable dining experience. This position requires a friendly, professional attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Servers are expected to maintain high standards of hospitality while accurately taking orders, delivering food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

Essential Duties amp; Responsibilities
  • Greet guests promptly with a welcoming and professional attitude.
  • Present menus, answer questions, and make food and beverage recommendations.
  • Accurately take and enter guest orders into the point-of-sale (POS) system.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Monitor tables throughout the meal, anticipating guest needs and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Process guest payments accurately using cash, credit cards, or other approved methods.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, server stations, and beverage stations.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking supplies, setting tables, and cleaning work areas.
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations.
  • Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure efficient service.
  • Resolve guest concerns professionally and notify management of any issues requiring assistance.
  • Assist with banquet, catering, and special events as needed.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
