Job description

The World Headquarters for the Dallas Cowboys, the Star is the most comprehensive NFL training facility in the country. In addition to serving as the home of the entire football operation and practice fields, The Ford Center at The Star also includes a multipurpose, 12,000 seat, indoor stadium that will provide facilities for use by the Dallas Cowboys, City of Frisco and Frisco ISD football and soccer games. The facility includes Cowboys Club: a workspace and membership club connecting work, leisure and culture for a select community of influencers, entrepreneurs, and business leaders with a passion for the Dallas Cowboys.

The Server is based out of The Star/Cowboys Club in Frisco, TX and reports to the Food & Beverage Manager.

Essential Job Functions

  • Responsible for setting up and maintaining feast items.
  • Responsible for taking food and beverage orders from guests.
  • Demonstrates a knowledge of menu and or feast items and features.
  • Takes food orders if needed, making note of any special needs.
  • Demonstrates and follows all rules and regulations regarding alcohol service.
  • Keeps the work area clean and sufficiently stocked.
  • Secures payment for food and beverage orders.
  • Ends each order by sincerely thanking the guest.
  • Serves quality food product.
  • Provides outstanding customer service.
  • Other duties as assigned.
