Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional dining service to our residents, ensuring a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience. This role requires a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our residents, which will help make every meal an opportunity for meaningful connection and care.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents during meal service.
  • Assist residents with menu selections and accommodate dietary restrictions.
  • Set up and clean dining areas before and after meals.
  • Serve meals and beverages in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth meal service.
  • Engage with residents and guests to create a warm and inviting dining atmosphere.
  • Provide personalized attention to all residents, taking into consideration any mobility, memory, or sensory limitations.
  • Respond to resident requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with special events, holiday meals, and family gatherings as needed.
  • Build positive, professional ongoing relationships with residents, families, and team members.

Requirements
Education:
High School Diploma or GED preferred.
