Food Server - Part-Time
RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Works on a part time basis, independently and as part of a crew, for buffet-style service for Hormel Foods functions including setup and clean up/dishwashing, with some advanced home style food preparation, serving, grocery shopping and interacting with internal and external customers.
  • Expedites meals independently in the absence of the corporate chef.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Required
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A pattern of initiative.
  • Passion for food.
  • Must be a Citizen or National of the United States, a lawful, permanent resident, or have authorization to work in the United States.
  • Applicants must not now, or in the future, require sponsorship for an employment visa.

Preferred
  • Food service experience.
  • Understanding of kitchen operations.

Pay Range & Benefits:
At Hormel Foods, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. The base hiring pay range for this role is between $12.00-$16.75 per hour, and your actual base pay within that range will depend upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, job-related knowledge, skill set, level of experience, and geographic market location.
