Part-Time | Non-Exempt | Barrel One Collective

About the Role
Harpoon Brewery in Windsor, Vermont, part of Barrel One Collective, is looking for energetic and guest-focused Servers to join our team. As a Harpoon Server, you'll play a key role in creating exceptional brewery and taproom experiences for every guest. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a passion for hospitality, and enjoys sharing knowledge about beer and great food.

What You'll Do
• Greet and engage guests with enthusiasm, professionalism, and genuine hospitality
• Ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience from start to finish
• Serve Harpoon and Mass. Bay Brewing Co. (MBBC) products responsibly and in compliance with Vermont Department of Liquor Control regulations
• Stay up to date on beer knowledge, menu offerings, and in-house training sessions
• Answer questions about our beers, food menu, and facilities with accuracy and friendliness
• Deliver food and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet Harpoon standards
• Work as a team player to support fellow staff and maintain a positive environment
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace, following all food handling and sanitation protocols
• Prepare and reset workstations for opening, mid-shift, or closing based on company standards
• Communicate with management to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns
