They are responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software systems, as well as mentoring junior engineers and leading technical decisions. Despite working part time, they typically have extensive experience and play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and success of software projects. This role is ideal for those seeking work-life balance or pursuing other interests while still leveraging their expertise.
