Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a chemical and petrochemical location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this dynamic role, you will support daily operations with professionalism, teamwork, and integrity while contributing to a caring, reliable, and innovative culture that puts people first.

Pay Rate: $21.15 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeSat02:00 PM - 10:00 PMSun02:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at an industrial location.
  • Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual conditions in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout operational areas, restricted zones, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity in accordance with site rules, visitor procedures, and/or assigned post orders.
  • Support incident documentation, communication with site contacts, and/or follow-up on observed hazards, equipment issues, or policy violations related to the location.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
