Job description

Part-Time Security Officer - $21.25/hr - Brattleboro, VT

Securitas is looking for a Part-Time Security Officer to work at a government building in Brattleboro, VT!

While we do not require prior security experience, those with experience in retail, reception, or other hospitality positions are encouraged to apply. Those with additional experience in security, military, corrections, and/or law enforcement are highly preferred!

Schedule:

Thursday and Fridays, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm (20 hours per week)

Pay: $21.25 per hour

What We Are Looking For:

  • Strong customer service skills
  • Comfortable working in a Courthouse setting
  • High level of professionalism
  • Walking/standing for long periods of time
  • Flexible work availability

Qualifications/Requirements: PLEASE READ THOROUGHLY

  • 21 years of age minimum
  • Valid Driver's License
  • MUST be a citizen of the United States
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalency
  • Ability to pass an onboarding check and drug screen
  • Comfortable doing the following: Foot patrol, screening, access control, reporting and safety inspections, customer service, emergency response.
