We are hiring a Part-Time Security Shift Supervisor at the Port of Miami. Come join a diverse and inclusive team that believes in providing excellent customer service and knows that its biggest asset is its employees.
Shifts Available:
Full Time:
Swing shift - 1500 -2300
Overnight - 2300 - 0700
Part Time:
Weekends 0700 - 1900
Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general security duties to our clients.
  • Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
  • Understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
  • Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures and DSI's safety manual.
  • Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Customer service oriented with effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills.
  • Ability to perform routine foot patrols and moderate lifting.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions.
  • Reliable means of transportation and communication.
  • Must pass all required background and drug screenings.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • TWIC Card (Transportation Worker Identification Credential) required.
  • Valid Security License required.
