What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Part Time Security Officer, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Part Time Security Officer, you typically need a high school diploma or equivalent, basic knowledge of security protocols, and sometimes a state-specific security guard license. What are some typical challenges part-time security personnel may face during their shifts?
