We are searching for reliable unarmed security roving guards to provide strong security presence and visibility on the site and assist contractors, subcontractors, clients, vendors & visitors with safety, security and customer service.

Our unarmed security roving guards are responsible for observing and patrolling commercial and residential properties to prevent theft, vandalism, fire, unauthorized access and much more. Our guards drive through specific areas to check for anything unusual, keeping an eye on buildings, parking lots, and outdoor spaces. Our guards are quick to respond to alarms, incidents, or requests for help, providing an extra layer of security. Roving security guards will have the following duties:

Key Duties
  • Secure multiple properties by conducting regular patrols.
  • Monitor and control access.
  • Keeping an eye on the property: Look for signs of trespassing, vandalism, broken lights or unsafe conditions.
  • Responding to problems: If an alarm goes off, suspicious activity is spotted, or emergencies happen, we are the first to step in
  • Incident reporting: Roving guards document their patrols and any incidents they encounter. Noting things such as suspicious vehicle parked outside, broken equipment, or repeated trespassing attempts.
  • Verify compliance with policies and regulations: Uphold and enforce company policies, security protocols, and legal regulations.
  • Assist employees and visitor: Beyond security, our roving guards are often a friendly presence for tenants, employees, or visitors.
Job Details

Pay: $16-17/hour

Expected Hours: 6pm-6am

Qualifications
  • Open availability to work to work during the Week and Weekends As Needed is required
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record to operate company vehicles during security patrols
  • Applicants must be at least 18 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must have your own vehicle to transport to job site
  • Knowledge of security operations and procedures
  • Must have keen observation skills
  • Must display exceptional customer service, strong verbal, written and communication skills
