Job Summary:
Join the team at Cliff House Maine, where stunning oceanfront views meet exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking motivated and dependable Seasonal Grounds & Landscape Crew Members to help maintain the beauty, cleanliness, and safety of our property. This role is essential in ensuring our outdoor spaces from gardens to pool areas reflect the high standards of our resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily groundskeeping tasks, including trash removal and general property cleanup
  • Maintain pool areas to ensure cleanliness, safety, and visual appeal for guests
  • Assist with garden operations, including tilling, row garden upkeep, and seasonal preparation
  • Maintain parking areas, walkways, and common outdoor spaces
  • Identify and remove weeds throughout landscaped and hardscape areas
  • Support installation and upkeep of landscape beds, including mulching and planting
  • Perform pruning, trimming, and seasonal cutbacks of plants and shrubs
  • Assist with general landscaping projects and special property needs as assigned
  • Oversee proper irrigation and sprinkler system management

Qualifications:

  • Ability to work outdoors in coastal weather conditions, including sun, wind, and varying temperatures
