Job description

Awardco is looking for Seasonal Order Support Representatives. This position is straightforward and involves placing a high volume of online orders with various vendors. Those in this position are expected to keep track of orders and returns when needed. A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Both internal and external communication are key components of this department's workflow. This is a seasonal role with an anticipated end date end January 2027.

  • Process orders for physical & digital items
  • Provide internal support related to the fulfillment of physical awards (looking up tracking information, user information, etc.)
  • Keep track of orders and returns on the Awardco website
  • Respond to customer inquires related to orders and returns
  • Track successful delivery and measure quality performance over time
