STREETS OPERATOR - PART-TIME / SEASONAL CLOSING DATE: Open Until FilledPAY RATE: $17.32 - $24.25 (Depending on experience and qualifications)SCHEDULE: Seasonal (through approximately November), flexible schedule with 10-25 hours worked each week.DEPARTMENT: Streets JOB SUMMARY Seasonal, part-time position assisting with primarily operating lawn mower.May assist in performing basic street maintenance duties related to the construction, installation, and repair of city streets.  QUALIFICATIONSGraduation from high school.Have a current driver's license.Need some knowledge of heavy equipment operation.Have the ability to perform heavy physical labor lifting up to 100 pounds.All applicants will be required to pass a drug test and background check.Ability to perform and/or willingness to learn general maintenance functions such as painting, raking asphalt, pouring, and finishing cement and other duties as assigned.
