If you're adaptable, service-minded, and take pride in supporting customers at different moments of their journey, join the Avis Budget Group team at our airport locations during our peak season.


This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same-and where your flexibility and customer service skills make a real impact.


This is a seasonal position supporting our peak season from June 17 through September 9, 2025. A seasonal role is a great way to get started at Avis Budget Group and may lead to future opportunities beyond the peak season.


What You'll Do:

This is an outdoor, multi-function role where you will assist customers throughout different parts of the rental and return process on our airport lots. Depending on location, your responsibilities may include checking vehicles, entering information into a handheld device, processing rentals for loyalty customers, assisting customers at exit gates, and checking vehicles in at return.


Throughout each interaction, you will provide professional, friendly customer service to help ensure a smooth, efficient, and positive experience for every customer.

What We're Looking For:

Valid Driver's License
Basic computer skills (typing, data entry)
Effective verbal communication skills

Willingness to work outdoors and stay active
Flexibility to work all shifts
Must be able to type, sit, stand, walk, or move throughout the rental lot; enter and exit vehicles for prolonged periods; and drive a variety of vehicles
Must be 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States
This position requires regular, on-site presence and cannot be performed remotely
6 months retail or customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is a bonus
