Do you have a passion for inspiring young minds through science, creativity, and hands-on learning? Join the Ocean Community YMCA's Westerly-Pawcatuck Branch as a Part-Time Enrichment & STEAM Instructor!
As part of our youth enrichment team, you'll lead engaging STEAM and social-emotional learning (SEL) activities in a supportive, inclusive environment. We're looking for energetic individuals with experience working with children and a love for science, arts, or education.
What You'll Do:
  • Deliver age-appropriate STEAM and SEL activities
  • Create a safe, positive, and fun learning environment
  • Communicate effectively with participants and staff
  • Support the Y's mission of youth development and community strength

What You'll Need:
  • Experience working with children (STEAM background preferred)
  • Enthusiasm for education, creativity, and community-building
  • CPR/AED & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
  • Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills
