Position: Part-Time Faculty - Political Science

Department: Social and Behavioral Science
Discipline: Political Science

Bucks County Community College is seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to teach POLI111- American National Government at our Gene and Marlene Epstein Campus in Bristol starting in the Fall 2026 semester.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching:

  • POLI111: American National Government
    Tuesdays and Thursdays 9:25am-10:40am

The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong commitment to student learning, effective classroom instruction, and student engagement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Political Science or a closely related field from an accredited institution; or

  • Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited institution.

Preferred Qualification

  • Prior community college teaching experience
