Yeshiva Ohr Yisrael is an all-boys private high school offering a classical Jewish education together with a fully-accredited college-preparatory general studies program. Our school schedule accommodates a dual curriculum with Jewish Studies in the morning and General Studies in the afternoon. We are looking for a qualified Science teacher to teach two periods in the afternoon.
We are seeking a passionate science teacher to deliver engaging, hands-on instruction that develops our students' scientific thinking, problem-solving skills, and conceptual understanding. Your goal is to create a welcoming learning environment and provide students with the tools they need to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities: 
  • Instruction & Planning
    • Plan and deliver Georgia state standards-aligned science instruction
    •  Design lessons that promote critical thinking and scientific inquiry
    •  Emphasize real-world applications of scientific concepts
  •  Integrate laboratory experiments and hands-on learning experiences
    •  Prepare and supervise lab activities
    •  Ensure proper use and maintenance of lab equipment
    •  Enforce all safety procedures and protocols
