What We're Looking For:
Academic Coaches who can support Elementary & Middle School students in a range of subjects, including:
  • Core Subjects: Language Arts, History, Natural Sciences, Math (incl Alg I)
  • Test Prep (Preferred): ISEE

The Academic Coach Experience:
  • Consistent hours with recurring weekly sessions within your preferred hours
  • All sessions are 1-on-1 and take place in private offices at our facility-no driving from home to home.
  • Students are scheduled for you(no hustling for clients!)
  • A highly supportive and collaborative team environment
  • Paid training and shadowing with experienced coaches
  • W-2 employment status

Requirements
What you should offer:
  • Excel at explaining academic content in a clear, engaging way
  • Love building relationships and helping students gain confidence
  • Hold a bachelor's degree from a 4-year university; teaching credential or classroom experience a strong plus
  • Are available 15+ hours per week within our session hours: Mon-Fri, 3:00-9:30pm & Sun, 10:00am-6:00pm. (Sunday availability required - let us know your schedule and we'll find the right fit)

We especially welcome recently retired teachers, former tutors, and career-changers who miss the classroom but not the paperwork.
