Job description

We have an immediate opening for a Part-Time Receptionist position in Matteson covering our Nissan store. This role will have a positive impact on the success and efficiency of daily operations in a dealership setting. The ideal candidate will communicate well with all levels in an organization, enjoy problem solving, be comfortable with technology, and possess an outstanding attendance record.
Essential Functions:
  • Answer incoming calls.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, filing, and various other office duties.
  • Stock supplies and refreshements.
  • Understand and follow receptionist policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned by the management team.

Hours:

High School Diploma or GED. Experience is preferred, but not required. We will offer training and support to the right candidate. Good job references are required.
Benefits:
  • Pay range for this position: $15.00-$18.00 (Exact compensation may vary based on several factors including, but not limited to, skills, experience, and education)
