What we offer at Snap-on
  • Start at $21.86 per hour and earn $23.05 per hour within the first 3 months of employment
  • Paid Holidays eligible first day of employment - 9 scheduled holidays per year
  • Paid Vacation eligible after one month of service - up to 40 hours first year
  • Annual safety shoe allowance up to $100

  • Practice a robust continuous improvement program to eliminate waste
  • Receive and put-away product from suppliers using RF scanners, pallet jacks and safety knives
  • Ensure orders are packed properly and ready to ship to customers

Qualifications
What we require to work at Snap-on
  • High school diploma or GED, preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced, organized, warehouse environment
  • Able to push and maneuver a cart weighing up to 200 lbs. most of your shift
  • Able to frequently lift, push and slide packages typically weighing up to 40 lbs.; team lift required at 50 lbs.
  • Able to bend, pivot, continuously reach and grasp product, and hold an RF scanner with your hands and wrists most of your shift
  • Able to be on your feet 4 hours per shift
  • Able to work 20 hours per week, Monday-Friday 7:00am-11:00am
  • Team-minded people who believe daily and on-time attendance is essential to get the job done
  • Able to successfully pass a drug test
