We are a quiet luxury brand. We build with substance and consistency, not noise, and we are looking for a content creator who works the same way.

The Role

Chromatique is hiring a Social Media Manager to create and publish content across all three brands. This is a hands-on, in-the-room role for someone who can be in the salons, captures the work as it happens, and turns it into a steady stream of beautiful, on-brand content.

You will be behind the camera and at the keyboard: shooting photo and video on location, editing it to a luxury standard, writing the captions, and posting and scheduling across our channels. You'll report directly to the Founder and CEO and help shape how the world sees Chromatique day to day.

This is a part time, fully onsite role based at our Bellevue or Issaquah flagship. Being close to the salons, the artistry, and the team is how the content stays honest.

What You Will Own

Content Creation

• Shoot photo and video on location at the salons, at events, and backstage, capturing the lifestyle around the brand rather than the product alone.
• Edit and retouch photo and video to a luxury standard, ready for publishing.
• Write captions and copy that read like luxury, not like marketing.
• Maintain a library of organized, ready-to-use assets across all three brands.

Publishing and Scheduling

• Own the publishing calendar across Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms for the brand and founder accounts.
• Post and schedule consistently, keeping a steady, deliberate cadence rather than improvising week to week.
• Keep a single, consistent brand voice and look across every post and channel.

Community and Growth

• Manage day-to-day community: comments, messages, and engagement.
• Support creator and influencer collaborations that have genuine category fit.
• Track what's working and grow engaged, qualified audiences that translate into salon bookings and product sales.

Who You Are

• Two or more years in social media, content creation, or a closely related role. Beauty, fashion, or luxury experience is a plus.
• Strong photography and video skills are required. You're confident shooting and editing on your own, on location.
• A strong writer with an editorial eye who can produce copy that feels premium.
• Fluent in Instagram and TikTok, including in-app and standard editing tools, and quick to pick up new platforms.
• Organized and consistent, able to keep a publishing calendar on track while shooting the work in front of you.
• Comfortable being onsite and in the action every day.

Bonus Points

• Experience creating content for a beauty, wellness, or lifestyle brand.
• Founder-led or personal-brand content experience.
• Familiarity with the Pacific Northwest beauty, fashion, and media landscape.
• A small portfolio or social account you've grown that you can point to.

Compensation and Benefits
