Cloud Automation Developer
The Opportunity:
How do you employ AI within a secure architecture from the start? You first have an understanding how to architect, automate, and operate. You don't just "bake in" cybersecurity ─ you design AI-enabled, cloud-native security frameworks that harden unmanned and autonomous platforms, reduce attack surface, and give warfighters the advantage in the most contested environments. What if your expertise in cyber engineering, AI-driven analytics, and cloud automation could shape how the U.S. Navy defends, commands, and scales the next generation of unmanned systems?
We're looking for a cyber engineer who can architect secure, intelligent, and data-driven capabilities for the Navy's rapidly expanding unmanned and autonomous fleet. This role blends cybersecurity engineering with cloud dashboard development, autonomy integration, and AI-powered decision support, ensuring these platforms can withstand the most advanced cyber threats while accelerating mission execution.
Work with us as we protect and advance unmanned and uncrewed platforms in the Navy.
What You'll Work On:
  • Engineer automated workflows using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, Azure Functions, and API integrations.
  • Build cloud native automation pipelines that collect, transform, and analyze cybersecurity telemetry from distributed platforms, integrated across PAE or PMO.
  • Build AI-enabled auto-evaluation that visualize threats, vulnerabilities, and mission readiness for unmanned and autonomous systems.
  • Collaborate with platform engineers, autonomy specialists, and Navy cyber teams to align dashboards with operational needs.

Join us. The world can't wait.
You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience with Azure automation services
  • 2+ years of experience with Navy or DoD programs
  • Experience with C# or Python
  • Experience with REST APIs and cloud integration
  • Experience developing cyber dashboards or mission analytics tools
  • Ability to interact with technical managers and architecture teams to articulate data requirements to drive forward implementation
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or an Engineering field

Nice If You Have:
  • Experience in unmanned or autonomous systems
  • Experience with DoD cybersecurity, RMF, and Zero Trust
  • Experience with IaC, CI/CD, or GitHub or Azure DevOps
  • Knowledge of AI and ML

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.
