Highland Palms is looking for compassionate and dedicated Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our nursing team. If you're passionate about providing quality care, enjoy working in a supportive environment, and are looking for flexibility, we have part time available.

Pay Range:
$29-$32 per hour, DOE

Shift Availability:

  • AM Shift
  • PM Shift

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and physician orders
  • Administer medications and treatments and document care accurately
  • Monitor residents for changes in condition and report concerns promptly
  • Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure high-quality care
  • Support and guide CNAs to promote safe and effective resident care
  • Maintain compliance with infection control and safety standards
