What Is the Job of a Part-Time RN?
RN stands for registered nurse. Part-time RNs provide care for patients with illnesses and injuries. They often work in conjunction with physicians to develop treatment plans to help the patient become healthy again. Part-time RNs have the same job duties as full-time RNs; the main difference is that part-timers typically work thirty hours or less per week. Part-time RNs are not able to diagnose illnesses; once the doctor or other supervising health professional has determined what is ailing the patient, the RN is able to work with the patient to explain what the treatment plan entails and their role in recovery. As a part-time RN, your responsibilities may include documenting medical history, administering medications, and checking patient vital signs. - 24 months of hospital RN experience in unit type/specialty area in which candidate will float
Enterprise Pool 2:
- Base rate + $6.75/Hr. Pool Differential + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials
- Assigned to one of four zones. Zone is determined based on your home location. Must be able to travel to the 4 hospitals assigned within that zone.
- 24 months of hospital RN experience in unit type/specialty area in which candidate will float
Enterprise Pool 3:
- Flat rate $75.00/hr + Eligible for evening, night, and weekend differentials
- Must be available to travel to all facilities (Colorado, Western Kansas, and Utah)
- For Enterprise Pool Tier 3/Systemwide hires, dependent on location individual assignments may qualify for a $2,500 payout each. Subject to change.
- 24 months of hospital RN experience in unit type/specialty area in which candidate will float
