Responsibilities
As a Pediatric Registered Nurse, you will:
  • Provide skilled, individualized nursing care in the home setting
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Monitor patient conditions and report changes appropriately
  • Manage and care for specialized equipment, including:
    • G-Tubes
    • Tracheostomies
    • Ventilators
  • Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams

  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Promote patient comfort, safety, and quality of life
Qualifications
Required
  • Active Connecticut Registered Nurse (RN) License
  • Current BLS Certification

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently in a home care environment
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout Fairfield County
Preferred
