Registered Nurse (RN) – Part-Time (Georgia Licensed)

Location: Georgia
Schedule: Up to 20 hours/week (2 days/week)
Setting: Outpatient / Clinic-Based Behavioral Health
No evenings or on-call required


Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides nursing care to individuals with behavioral health needs in an outpatient clinic setting. This role includes patient consultation, medication administration, assessment, monitoring, and documentation in accordance with company policies, DBHDD regulations, and CARF standards.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide nursing services using psychiatric nursing principles and standards of practice
  • Conduct patient assessments, medication administration, and ongoing monitoring
  • Complete electronic documentation accurately and in a timely manner
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on mental health, medications, and wellness
  • Support treatment plans to reduce the impact of psychiatric symptoms and improve functioning
  • Coordinate with pharmacies to ensure medication availability and accuracy
  • Maintain medication inventory and monitor patient care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support care coordination and crisis intervention

Minimum Qualifications
