What You'll Do
As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll provide high-quality clinical care while supporting residents' overall well-being and helping ensure exceptional care delivery throughout the community.
Responsibilities include:
  • Provide compassionate, resident-centered nursing care within the community
  • Complete resident assessments and participate in care planning, interventions, and evaluations
  • Collaborate with residents, families, and staff to develop and support individualized care plans
  • Promote residents' highest level of physical, mental, and social well-being
  • Provide guidance and oversight to nurse aides and medication aides as directed by the Director of Nursing
  • Monitor changes in resident condition and communicate updates appropriately
  • Support a safe, respectful, and positive care environment
Qualifications
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing
  • Active, unencumbered South Dakota Registered Nurse (RN) license required
  • Long-term care experience preferred but not required
  • New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
  • Ability to participate in a rotating on-call schedule (one day per week and every 4th weekend)
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to resident care
