Decatur Wellness & Rehab is seeking a compassionate, reliable Treatment Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our care team. If you're looking for a rewarding role in a team-driven environment, we want to meet you!


Treatment Nurse Position Summary

As a Treatment Nurse (LPN or RN) at Decatur Wellness & Rehab, you'll be an essential part of our residents' care. Responsibilities include:

  • Focuses on the communityโ€™s wound care program, working with the wound care physician.

  • Oversee resident care related to the prevention and healing of pressure ulcers.

  • Provide continuing education of wound care to our staff and families.

  • Participate in QAPI and execute wound care assessments.

  • Perform any other additional tasks as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

  • Maintain confidentiality of protected health information, including verbal, written and electronic communications.


Treatment Nurse Requirements

  • Active LPN or RN license for the state of Tennessee

  • 3 years nursing experience

  • Completed Infection Control training
