Registered Nurse

Join our dedicated team at Orchard Brooke Assisted Living in Orchard Park, New York!

Orchard Brooke Assisted Living, part of Culture Care Senior Living, is seeking a strong, compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to support both our Assisted Living Program (ALP) and Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) services.

This is not a typical floor role. This is a clinical leadership and oversight position focused on quality care, resident outcomes, and supporting multiple areas when needed. If you're a RN who wants to make a real impact--not just punch a clock--this is for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Support clinical oversight in Assisted Living (ALP).

  • Complete and review UAS assessments.

  • Assist with care plans, case management, and high-risk residents.

  • Support Licensed Home Care Services Agency (LHCSA) cases and coordination.

  • Help ensure DOH compliance and survey readiness.

  • Step in across buildings when support is needed.

  • Maintain accurate records and reports.

Requirements:

  • Current RN license (New York State)

  • Experience working in assisted living, home care, or long-term care settings preferred.

  • Knowledge of UAS, ALP, or case management strongly preferred.

  • Strong clinical judgment and organizational skills

  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare software.

  • Team-oriented with a passion for senior care.
