Position: RN Supervisor – Part-Time (3 PM – 11 PM / 11 PM – 7 AM)
Location: Long Beach, New York
Shift: Part-Time (Evening & Overnight)
Salary: $55/hour

Overview:
Park Avenue Extended Care is seeking a Part-Time RN Supervisor to provide clinical leadership and ensure high-quality care for residents during evening and overnight shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and evaluate nursing staff, including orientation and ongoing training.

  • Oversee implementation of resident care plans and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Serve as a liaison between nursing staff and Unit Manager.

  • Review daily patient conditions, occurrence reports, and handle medical emergencies.

  • Maintain accurate patient records and prepare nursing care statistics.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing

  • Current RN license in New York

  • Current BLS/CPR Certification (AHA or ARC)

  • Infection Control Certificate

  • NYS Mandatory Child Abuse Reporting Training Certificate

  • Nursing Home experience preferred
