Part-Time | Allaso Ranch Christian Camp & Retreat Center

Allaso Ranch is a year-round Christian camp and retreat center serving thousands of guests through camps, retreats, and outdoor education programs. Joining our team is more than a job — it’s a ministry.

We’re seeking dedicated individuals to join our Dining Services Team in the Back of House. Positions include:

  • Kitchen Staff
  • Kitchen Lead
  • Cooks
  • Dishwashers

This is a part-time role with up to 29 hours per week, depending on availability.

Responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and organizing ingredients according to prep lists
  • Labeling, stocking, and maintaining clean, accessible workstations
  • Washing, chopping, and measuring ingredients
  • Assisting with basic cooking tasks and food preparation
  • Cleaning and sanitizing dishes, utensils, and kitchen surfaces
  • Adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
  • Monitoring inventory and communicating resupply needs
