Solutions Architect

You Have:

• 8+ years of experience designing large-scale enterprise solutions, integrating disparate technologies, and implementing security controls
• 8+ years of experience in analysis and design of complex IT solutions, including integration or interfacing between multiple sof t war e applications, processing platforms, and sof t war e products
• 5+ years of experience working with cloud computing platforms, including Amazon Web Services ( AWS ) , Micro sof t Azure, or Google Cloud Platform ( GCP )
• Experience authoring technical artifacts, including logical and physical network diagrams, technical specifications, and system installation procedures to articulate complex concepts to non-technical audience
• Experience implementing solutions using modern system architecture principles, including microservices
• Experience in business development, including architecting enterprise systems and aligning them with government evaluation criteria and statements of work
• Experience modernizing enterprise sof t war e delivery in support of digital transformation
• Experience managing technical delivery, including modernization efforts in for war d-leaning in the DoD, federal government, or commer cia l entities
• Secret clearance
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in sof t war e engineering, or 8+ years of experience in sof t war e engineering in lieu of a degree

Nice If You Have:

• Experience working closely with sof t war e development teams
• Experience with project, task, and team leadership
• Experience designing, modifying, developing, writing, and implementing sof t war e programming applications using agile met hods
• Experience evaluating architectural tradeoffs and designing robust service-based sof t war e applications for scalable enterprise production use
• Experience with full-stack development in a professional environment for enterprise production capabilities
• Knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS models
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possession of excellent listening skills
• Master's degree
• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Certification , including AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Asso cia te Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
