Job Title: Part-Time Retail Store Clerk
Department: Business Operations
Reports to: Manager, Retail and Administration
Location: Rockford, IL
Duration: 2026-27 AHL Season (September through April)
Status: Part-Time / Seasonal

Compensation: $15.00 per hour

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide all guests a positive first impression by offering superior guest service

  • Accurately and quickly operate the cash register to sell merchandise (No cash venue)

  • Demonstrate ability to interact with large masses of customers in a fast-paced environment

  • Maintain an awareness of all apparel/merchandise options

  • Keep store fully stocked by pulling back stock of merchandise

  • Maintain displays, neatness of store and proper signage

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Must be 18 years of age or older

  • Must be able to pass a criminal and credit background check

  • Must be available nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Must have a minimum of a high school diploma

  • Retail experience preferred with excellent customer service skills

  • Must be friendly and personable with excellent customer service skills

  • Must be a team player and work well with others

  • Must be able to stand for long periods during hockey games

  • Must be able to lift boxes of merchandise and move racks around store
