What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

  • Greet every customer and deliver outstanding pet-focused customer service.
  • Assist shoppers in finding pet treats, food, and accessories.
  • Drive sales through engagement, upselling, and product knowledge.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions; reconcile cash drawer at close.
  • Maintain store appearance — cleaning, stocking, and merchandising.
  • Receive and process weekly inventory shipments (lifting up to 50 lbs).
  • Support in-store events from prep to breakdown.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.
  • Work a minimum of 3 shifts per week, including at least 1 weekend day.
