Job Overview
*** THIS IS A PHYSICALLY DEMANDING JOB ***

We are seeking a part-time retail sales associate to join our team at our store in Chandler, AZ. You will work between 25-32 hours per week, and will work during the week and on Saturdays. The store is closed on Sundays. Need to be available from 8am-6pm M-Sat with no exceptions.

The ideal retail sales associate candidate:

  • Has Open Availability
  • Possesses a valid driver’s license
  • Ability to lift, stand, and bend for extended periods of time
  • Has excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must have the ability to lift between 50-75 pounds.

Retail Sales Associate Pay: $18.00 /hour. (employees are paid on a weekly basis)

Duties as a Retail Sales Associate:

  • Check in Independent Distributor’s stales
  • Scanning in product
  • Greet customers and provide them with product information
  • Assist customers with purchases
  • Go to bank and make deposits/get change
  • Process transactions using the POS system
  • Count down cash drawer
  • Pricing with a pricing gun
  • Learn to open and close the store independently
  • Weekly/Monthly Inventory
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Restock merchandise as needed
