ABOUT OUR ROLE

As a Bartender, you’ll be the heart of the bar—crafting beverages, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and delivering exceptional service to every guest. You’ll help shape memorable experiences through your expertise and hospitality.

ESSENTIAL

FUNCTIONS

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with consistency and accuracy
  • Greet guests warmly and engage in a friendly, professional manner
  • Offer drink recommendations and educate guests on cocktail, wine, and beer options
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and surrounding areas
  • Handle payments and operate POS systems efficiently
  • Check guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service
  • Assist with inventory and restocking of bar supplies
  • All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience as a Bartender and Server in an progressive restaurant setting, utilizing best practices for cleanliness, maintenance of equipment, and efficiency
  • Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
