Part-Time Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner - CRNP

Location: Erie, PA
Job Type: Part-Time
Schedule: Approximately 24 hours per week, averaging 20–29 hours per week
Pay Range: $50–$55 per hour

Credentialing will be completed prior to the start date.

Adagio Health is seeking a Part-Time Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner - CRNP to join our Erie clinical team. This role supports high-quality, patient-centered care in a busy community health setting with a strong focus on women's health, family planning, reproductive health, preventive care, and accessible healthcare services.

Adagio Health is a nonprofit healthcare organization serving communities across northwest and southwest Pennsylvania. Our Erie clinic is one of the highest-volume sites in our network and serves a diverse patient population with meaningful clinical needs.

A Day in the Life of a CRNP

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing women's health, family planning, reproductive health, preventive care, and related outpatient services
  • Conducting physical examinations, clinical assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning
  • Prescribing medications and ordering diagnostic testing within scope of practice
  • Providing contraceptive counseling and reproductive health education
  • Performing procedures such as IUD insertions and other services based on training, certification, and site needs
  • Supporting colposcopy services, if certified
  • Collaborating with physicians, clinical staff, and multidisciplinary team members
  • Educating patients on health promotion, disease prevention, treatment options, and follow-up care
  • Using UpToDate and other evidence-based clinical resources
  • Participating in quality improvement activities and outcome tracking
  • Supporting Adagio Health's mission to provide compassionate, accessible healthcare
Qualifications
  • Active Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner license in Pennsylvania required
  • Certification in a relevant specialty area required
  • Master's degree or DNP required
  • Two years of clinical experience preferred
  • New graduates with relevant clinical training are encouraged to apply
  • Experience or clinical training in women's health, family planning, reproductive health, primary care, or preventive care preferred
  • Strong clinical judgment and ability to work within scope of practice
  • Commitment to patient-centered, respectful, and equitable care
  • Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to travel locally as needed for coverage, training, or meetings
