What are part time remote jobs?

Part time remote jobs are positions that allow employees to work fewer hours than a full-time schedule—typically less than 30-35 hours per week—from a location outside the traditional office, such as their home or another remote location. These jobs span various industries, including customer service, writing, tech support, and data entry. Part time remote roles offer flexibility in terms of work hours and location, making them popular among students, parents, and those seeking work-life balance. Employers may require regular check-ins or set work schedules, but the key benefit is the ability to complete job tasks without commuting to a physical office. These positions often utilize digital tools for communication and collaboration.

This is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting doctoral interns in developing psychological assessment skills through supervision, consultation, and training. The Psychological Testing Supervisor will work under the Director of Clinical Services, helping interns strengthen their skills in psychological testing, assessment, interpretation, and integrated report writing within a supportive and collaborative training environment.

ABOUT US:

Community Services Institute (CSI) was developed using a community outreach model as a response to the deinstitutionalization movement of the early 1980s. During this time, long-term psychiatric hospitals were replaced with community mental health services. CSI strives to offer outreach therapeutic services in a variety of settings, including home, community, schools, and now telehealth.

Responsibilities include:

Facilitating a weekly psychological assessment didactic on Wednesdays at 1:00 PM

Leading discussions on psychological testing measures, assessment concepts, and case presentation questions.

Reviewing, providing feedback on, and signing intern psychological testing reports

Meeting with interns individually, as needed, to discuss assessment cases and clinical questions.

Attending the internship training staff meeting on the third Tuesday of each month, 12:00-1:00 PM.

Qualifications:

Licensed Psychologist in Massachusetts required

Experience conducting psychological assessments and writing integrated reports is required.

Experience supervising trainees or working within training programs preferred

Strong collaborative and communication skills

This position averages approximately 2-4 hours per week.

CSI values collaboration, mentorship, and culturally responsive clinical training. We are seeking a psychologist who enjoys guiding developing clinicians in a supportive learning environment.
