Description Job Title: Service Engineer Location: Newark, DE Employment Type: Contract (7 months with possible extension) Industry: Manufacturing industry. Compensation: $ 31.58/hour Schedule: 40.00 hrs/Week Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5:30 Candidate must be local to Glaskow (Newark, DE) site for training. Training is for approximately 3 weeks onsite and is full-time Monday through Friday business hours. After training, position is 100% remote with part-time hours. Willing to travel up to 20% About the Opportunity:
  • Provide remote technical support through phone and email for customers and internal teams
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to clinical laboratory diagnostic instruments
  • Support Dimension Systems with advanced technical problem-solving

  • Monitor customer cases and maintain accurate documentation in support tools/software
  • Take ownership of customer tickets and ensure timely issue resolution

Job Requirements What You'll Bring:
  • Associates Degree
  • 3+ years of experience in troubleshooting medical or laboratory equipment

  • Bachelors Degree in Biomedical or Engineering.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word and other applications.
  • You have a positive "can-do" attitude in all communications and the ability to thrive as a member of a collaborative, cross-functional team.
  • Leverages team abilities to best serve the customer and collaborates with team members and counterparts in other parts of the organization to develop and implement action plans to resolve customer issues.
