What You'll Do
- Represent Nutrire as a polished, professional Brand Ambassador across Ulta Beauty retail environments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Ulta Beauty store managers, beauty advisors, leadership teams, and guests.
- Execute brand initiatives and promotions, plan and run in-store events and activations-including product launches, sampling, guest consultations, and seasonal promotional moments.
- Coordinate event dates with Ulta Beauty store teams, then set up, host, and break down the event on-site, and report event results and guest feedback back to brand leadership.
- Educate guests on Nutrire products, scalp wellness, and healthy haircare practices.
- Drive retail awareness and support sell-through opportunities within partner Ulta Beauty locations.
- Communicate regularly with internal leadership on territory activity, opportunities, and business needs.
- Travel consistently throughout the Phoenix territory and surrounding suburbs.
- Support evening and weekend events as business needs require.
What You Bring
- Minimum 2 years of experience in prestige beauty, skincare, makeup, or professional haircare (preferred).
- Prior experience at Ulta Beauty and/or Sephora (required).
