Remote Psychiatrist - MO Licensed
Location: Remote/Tele for St. Louis, MO based organization
Hours: Part-time, up to 10 hours per month
 
POSITION OVERVIEW:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatrist (MD/DO) to provide remote supervision of Nurse Practitioners at a St. Louis-based health center. This role offers a flexible schedule and is ideal for a provider interested in supplementing their hours.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 
  • Perform psychiatric initial evaluations and follow‑up assessments.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams to deliver coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation in line with clinical and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide consult liaison services to support staff and ensure timely psychiatric interventions.
  • Apply a patient-centered approach to care, tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs and preferences.
  • Maintain reliability with assigned shifts and consult volumes.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • MD or DO with Board Certification or Board Eligibility in Psychiatry. 
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in Missouri preferred (not required).
  • Experience with telepsychiatry and managing diverse, multi-age patient populations is highly preferred.
  • Must be able to work remotely; candidates can reside anywhere in the U.S. (Missouri licensure preferred).
